A gentle, quiet, and peaceful blend of gentle yoga asana, longer held floor postures, and basic breath guided movement with the intention of increasing flexibility, lengthening connective tissues, and calming the nervous system. A wonderful beginner friendly practice to create space in the body. Class integrates Yoga Nidra which is guided relaxation or "yogic sleep." Practice concludes with optional essential oiled healing touch. $10 drop in.
